Try this recipe:
In a cheap (dollar store spray bottle) combine
2 oz. clear ammonia
12 oz. warm water.
a few drops (NOT MUCH) Dawn Dish Detergent.

Protect the dash with an old towel before spraying inside of windshield. I suggest an old well laundered diaper to use when cleaning automotive glass.

FYI, Ammonia will increase the ph and the Dawn will combat grease. Too much Dawn, & there will be HELL to pay getting the soap off of the window. Ammonia on the leather is not good, so be careful.
