The total cost of upgrade is $1500. I use Xenon headlights, bought them at $710 on ebay. The turn signal side of the fender has to be filled in with metal sheet and filled in. It is a small job, but labor intensive. But it's still a better and cheaper idea than replacing new fenders. After filling in the fenders, all the body shop need to do is blend the paint on the turn signal part to the rest of the fender. The result will match new 2001 fenders.
