Dont buy anything fron Xenonshop.com. The outfit is probably out of business or up to no good. If you have paid for kits from them, I strongly urge you to call you credit card company for a refund and file a complaint as well.
I also bought a xenon kit from them about 8 months ago. I had problems with the installation at first and had to send my headlights to them for corrections. Once Got them back, one of the ballasts no longer worked. It had been switched with an old one somehow. I was able to get ahold of the owner, and he sent the good one, but this has to make you wonder about how they operate up there. Then, one of my bulbs somehow broke at the base and rendered the bulb useless. It wouldn't ignite. So I called them up again, and guess what?......NO ANSWER!! I called, called and called somemore. No luck. I even emailed them about 100 times, no exageration! I have sence chaulked this one up to "lessons learned" and purchased the OEM xenon lights from Bekkers. Peace of Mind at last!!!
Moral of the story? Dont buy the conversion kits for the E38 H1. Our cars weren't setup right to do the conversion or retrofit. You basically have to Super-glue the bulbs into place THere are some outfits offering kits with H1 adapters for plug-and-play capabilites, but they dont use the D2S xenon bulb. Spend the extra money for OEM.
