Anyone know how to fix this problem. It's the small shade, not the big window one. The car's brand new (01 740i sport) but I don't feel like driving to the dealer for the warranty fix if I can help it.


There are wires in the small shade to keep it flat that are very easily bent. This has caused my shade to hang up after a child in the back seat has played with the shade.

Taking the shade out to fix internals is tricky and a pain and can easily scrape your door, so if the wires aren't the problem, take it to the dealer.
