I am considering a Certified Pre-Owned 97 740iL. Is there anything I should be looking out for? Any experiences or suggestions? Thanks for any replies!

P.S. Are heated seats standard? I think I saw 2 electronic switches with little seat icons with rotary (Hi/Low) dials next to them. Are those the heated seat controls?


Heated seats are not standard, they were an option for 1997. If you saw the two little seat icons with high/low rotary switches, then they are the heated seat sontrols. There is nothing major to look out for in these models, just try to purchase an extended waranty after the certfication runs out.
