As I was looking at the second car, Range Rovers came to my mind. I am not sure how good they will hold up as a commuter car, but they surely are attractive. If you could give me any infos on reliability and etc., I will appreciate it. Thank you.


I've driven many range rover's. They are quite nice and are easy to drive for an SUV. However, they are prone to high maintenance costs as they get older, the electronics are not the best. For a commuter car, why don't you get something smaller and more compact, I think the Range Rover will be a bit tiresome to drive everyday as a commuter. Maybe you should try a sedan as well, something like an BMW 3 or 5 series. If you need all wheel drive, try an Audi A4 or A6 quattro.
