Notwithstanding the DSP question, it probably is the amp.

My stereo soounds muffled. Hendrick BMW told me it was one of the speakers but they were wrong. Someone told me that it was the amp due to misture. Has anyone experienced this? I do not want to purchase a new amp if this isn't the problem. Any suggestions?
