Vandalism like this drives me nuts. So far it's only happened to my 89' Mustang, didn't make much difference, but I'm waiting any day to see it happen to my E38. It's frustrating.

I have heard good things about Cherner Lincoln/Mercury body shop from my shop that I use for my E38 work. They recommended them, but I don't have experience first-hand. They are in Tyson's Corner. Like me, you just have to move beyond the fact that they sell Lincoln and Mercury cars... ;)

Check them out and see what they say.

My left door got keyed yesterday. The scratch is deep and
runs about 11 inches long.... It's silver and I heard
it's not easy to match silver paint with the original paint...

I'm in the Washington, DC metro area. I'd appreciate
recommendations for a good/experienced bodyshop.

Thank you very much!

Tim
