To my knowledge Bilstein only makes HD shocks for the E38.
The spring heights you mentioned were interesting, as a 60mm. drop would be extreme, especially if you went with +2 wheels and tires.
If you intend to "track" the car, RD makes a specially valved set of shocks. I use the Bilsteins and find the ride firm yet manageable.
