so if you build the 5000 down into the lease, comes to 823.89+tax/month--wouldn't take the money out of circulation by paying them 5k up front--also, what are the get in's--delivery charges, etc.?--sounds like the chase deal that was being offered back in july--of course the dealer offered me 15-16k for my 95il, with comfort, pdc, etc., when they were retailing for 23-26k--so value for your trade important also--also, think #'s in july were higher, because they were using a lower residual--are they building your trade into the lease, or stroking you a check--I'd like some opinions, if you guys don't mind!

Effective 09/04/01, $7500.00 on IL's and
$5500.00 on "I's". Prior to 09/04/01, dealer's received $2500.00. This current program is repeated from the July program and is expected
to move the remaining E38's from inventory prior to E65 introduction. $10-12K from MSRP, (depending upon model) is common.
