If I'm not mistaken, you can put the Xenon headlights on your car, but you will not be able to put the self-leveling piece. You should be able to get these pieces, but people here in the USA just replace the headlight unit with the Xenon unit. I don't know the rules in the UK, but maybe you can't have the Xenons unless you have the self-leveling feature (I believe this is the situation).
