Vinnie & Gus, "Business Agents" of Local 33, "The Philadelphia Roofers Union" could drop by Jimmy's, and avail him of their expertise regarding Customer Service & Customer Satisfaction.

They have quite a reputation for "bring about an epiphany" in non believers, and I am told that, few successfully resist their behaviour modification methods. I understand their "fees" for this sort of "consultation" are reasonable & results are assured!!
