What position did you have the controls? If you had it in Auto, hot air does not come out the vents. It will come out the floor vents. Also you need to turn the temperatures up enough to make sure it goes into the heat mode. If you have already tried all of this, you may need to get it checked out. Good luck.

Here in Rochester NY it just start to getting cold (55 degrees)last night while driving home I decided to turn on the heat, but no hot air came from any of the vents. For instance hot air came only from the vents in the passenger side,but just for a short period of time. Since then I haven't had heat coming from the vents.
I'm getting a litle bit nervous and cold. I really have no idea where to start to look and Winter is arround the corner.

Any Idea or comment would be really appreciate it. Thanks in advance guys!!!
