Just in front of the seat where the rear passengers sit, are metal lock down clips (there's 2...one on each side). If you pull up aggressively, it should release the seat. The battery should be on the right pasenger side. If you have electric powered rear seats, the procedure is more involved.

The Title pretty much says it all. I know it is located below the rear seat but am not sure how to get to it.
