It works fine, no difference in function. Seems to transfer the functions to the new controls without problems. I can highly recommend the upgrade.

I have heard, but not confirmed, that the new part is in the $450 range. I paid $280 for my used one.

Guys,

Some of you have asked about the AC control panel in the dash, which needs to be replaced in its entirety in order to fix the missing pixels in the temp displays.

See link below, page 7, for instructions. It's really easy and takes a few minutes (took me less than 3 minutes). I'm happy answer questions if you're planning to do this. I would recommend finding the newer style panel if you're replacing on a 95' model.
