Chrome grille - available at dealer. Buy the one for the 2001 750iL. Not expensive, great enhancement of looks.

Chrome door handles - haven't seen it before, but may be available. Otherwise send them out to be chromed. One person posted here before saying he had chrome door handles, don't know if it came with the car from new or what.

M5 wheels - I assume you're talking about the E34 M5 from early 90's. They will probably fit, but I gotta tell ya, 8x17 will look pretty puny on a car as big as the E38. That's only my personal opinion of course. There's tons of other options for ya when it comes to wheels. Check out tirerack.com, bekkers.com, turnermotorsport.com, victoriawheels.com, and I think one called bmwwheels.com (hope I remembered it right).

I got a 95 740IL, and Looking for Chrome grille, Chrome door handles & would the "M" tech wheel from a M5 series fit without lost of handling I think they only come 8x17. Please e-mail at the above.
