Not sure, which is why I asked the question. But that is how it was explained to me--guess I'll have to see it in writing if/when I get this letter. I'm not concerned about it as I currently have 19k of 36k allowed with six months left on lease.

What do you mean by excess mileage will be forgiven? Does that mean i can drive as many miles as I want if i extend my lease another year?
