On the top of the steering box is a slotted screw locked in place with a retaining nut. Lossen the nut and turn the screw clockwise to remove the play. Tighten the locknut while holding the screw to prevent it from further turning. This is a delicate procedure and care is required. Try it in 1/8th turn increments and test drive. If you get it too tight, your steering will not return to centre easily after making a turn. Also if it is too tight you will ruin your steering box. (Huge $$$). That being said, a little common sense and it is an easy do-it-yourself procedure.Good luck.
