Nice Appearance fix to worn/sand blasted head ligh (archive)

I just recently installed 3m headlight, fog light and side marker shields to my 95 740il. It keeps rocks from cracking or chipping the expensive glass covers on the headlights and fog lights. Mine were worn bad like someone sand blasted the glass. After I installed the 3m clear urethane shields the glass lenses look brand new again and it really changed the appearance of the car. You can't see the sheilds at all, it takes three days for the sheilds to set from the heat of the headlights. If anyone is interested you can get them through bavauto.com for about $55.00
