I was considering putting them on my '98 740i. Now I'll give it a try. My only concern is that they might get that "sandblasted" look again only sooner, being plastic instead of glass. Then again, replacing the covers for $55 is a lot better that a whole light unit for $400+.


I had them on my other BMW for years and believe it or not I think they hold up better than glass because their chip resistant.
