yours should be too. I waited until something else needed work as I didn't think the missing pixels was worth a trip to the dealer and the $50 deductible. I think the fix was easy as they had that and a couple other things fixed in one day. I think the problem was the computer module that fed the dash display rather than the display itself. (which makes it easy)

My father has a '97 740iL and the display for the computer in the dash under the speedo is losing some vertical lines. Hasn't really changed function, but very annoying. Has anyone encountered this? Easy fix? It is certified and still under warranty, would this be covered? Any help would be apreciated, Thanks a lot!
