Never ever use pressure washer of any kind under the hood. I wash the engine bay with a soft brush and mild soapy water, and then I rinse with a hose with no water pressure. Works great, never had any electrical problems. Just try to stay away from obvious electrical connectors though.

Can anyone please give me some tips on washing the engine ? Do's and Dont's, Careful's.... and stuff like that...

I heard once that we gotta spray some kind of gel on the wires before applying spray/pressured water...... true ?

Thanks a million I appreciate it.

M.
