Big-M, how's everything? I have washed mine like Big-T said with mild soap and water from a hose. I did lose my oil pressure indicator during a wash. Be careful with it. It is mounted on the oil filter canister.

Can anyone please give me some tips on washing the engine ? Do's and Dont's, Careful's.... and stuff like that...

I heard once that we gotta spray some kind of gel on the wires before applying spray/pressured water...... true ?
