Can anyone please give me some tips on washing the engine ? Do's and Dont's, Careful's.... and stuff like that...

I heard once that we gotta spray some kind of gel on the wires before applying spray/pressured water...... true ?

Just spray yout engine with WD-40 it cleans and keeps metal from rusting and dissipates water from entireing any wiring.Don't use any water....
