Oops... hit the return key too fast!

I installed the green stuff pad at the front and Mintex red at the rear.
Let me tell you, the green stuff pad is very good!
I think it has less dust than the mintex red, and the braking power is stronger than the factory pad. I bought mind from www.hmsmotorsport.com
But they only avail. for the front.
Mintex red at the rear has far less dust than the
factory, but it still have some dust. Its braking
power is about the same as factory.

Hope this help!

Dave

Check brake light just came on and I want to switch to the Mintex brake pads, I normally change my own brakes by taking the correct size socket and back out the pad assembly and remove the pads and use C-clamp to push back calipers to avoid bleeding the brakes, and reverse my step and pump the brakes to allow new pads to set.

Questions:

1. Will this work on the 740?
2. What style tool (socket, allen key, or hammer) do I need to remove the pad unit?
3. Do I need to order a new check lining signal unit?
4. Is the front or rear the same level of difficulty?

The rotors look fine and I'll change them at the next go around.

Thanks for the reply,

Big H
