Preventive maintenance at 110k miles (archive)

I just purchased a 95 740i with 110k miles and love it. I want to do some preventive maintenance to keep in great shape but I am unable to find consistent information on the archives. By the way, the block and pistons were just changed by BMW as part of the campaign update. The questions I have are:

Is there any transmission maintenance? Some of the posts recommend changing fluid and filter and others say they never need to be touched.

Timing Chain - At how many miles it should it be changed?

Besides the suspension is there anything else I should replace?
