Greetings from the E39 board,

I know you have an E38, but my friend has 9x19" Magics all around (245f/275r) on his 2000 540i, and has experienced bending on all wheels. The look is fantastic, but I don't believe the quality is up to the standards of other wheels. And this is on southern California roads as well.

Thanks for the info Tyrone! That is kind of a bummer because I was trying to make my 740iL look different than most, and I also think that the look of the Breyton Magic wheels is fantastic. Do you know of anyone else who has similar looking aftermarket wheels, such as the Alpines in the 18" or 19" sizes? How do they fair out?

By the way, I live in Santa Barbara, and would be doing most of my driving in the central & southern California.

Cheers!

AMP 99
