Tony,

It's easy. Turn the radio on, you will see "CODE" in the display window. Enter the five digit code using the preset station buttons and the radio will reset. One caution, if you make three consecutive attempts without the right code, you have to wait an hour (with the radio on) before you can correctly reset it.
