Correct tire pressure for 2000/2001 740iL with Sport Package (18" M-Parallels) is:
Front: 32psi
Rear: 39psi
This is for most loading/operating conditions.
Look on the decal on the driver's door post for all tire configurations, wheel sizes and loadings.
32/39 will cover you, I'm sure.
