96 740IL travel car needs new headlight covers. The complete headlight assemblies for both sides are too pricy. Any suggestions?

Maximillian Importing has the covers for $47. I did this replacement a few months ago and posted the procedures here - very do-able. I can email you the procs with pictures if you like.
