I'm here in the east coast and I have my new lights, so far I have talked to 2 body shops who have stated they don't do this kind of fender work, and that they think it will not hold. As you stated probally need to take the fenders off and rivet a piece from the inside and bond around and sand/prime/paint. What's the cost of the fenders? Might be the same as the total body work job.

I will search for a body shop that does custom work, and let the board know how I make out.
