They are one of those mega dealerships in Raleigh, NC. Their reputation overall is not so hot. I purchased and had serviced 3 MB's from them and had no complaints. The MB department was not great but I had no problems. However, their BMW division is top notch and have always given me great service. If I needed a car while mine was being serviced, they would always find me one. Even if an allotted one was not available, my salesman would always find me one. They are no pushovers on the sales end, but will bust their butt on service. Their name is Leith BMW.
