At the Philly car show yesterday, I spoke with a rep from BMW North America. He stated that several dealers have told him that demand for the 740 '01s has been was significantly higher the last couple of months ending in December. Other than the financial incentives, one up close and personal look at the 745 would assure me that the E38 is a keeper until BMW works out the unattractive design problems. JMHO.
