How did you remove the electronic limiter? I hate
that stutter at what it "considers" the top.

The spec. (with the electronic limiter removed) is 155. Baby has been as high as 145, however with the stock suspension, you will experience front end lift as you will be forcing alot of air under the chassis. To go beyond 145 safely you will need to either lower the suspension, or install front end aerodynamics such as the AC Schnitzer or Racing Dynamics kits.
