It could be due to:

1. Your steering wheel pump. Check for any leakages.

2. You say it happens after 10 mins of driving... I doubt this would be the cause but, take a look at your tires. Slacky tires could lead to harder steering.

If the above 2 causes are completely eliminated, then I guess you might be having some real trouble on the inside part of your steering wheel's neck. (under the leather strap part) Now that I don't know much about, sorry.

My suggestion is that whatever the cause may be, I think that checking/verifying the prob should be done at the dealer's.
