What a great place-1st I want to thank Bob J,Big B & Steve F. for their help on my previous posts re cd changer and Carfax. 2nd, I am a proud new owner (10 days) of a 97 740iL, Orient Blue/ Sand (64K)and my 88 Carrera is getting jealous. Anyway, is there an archive or could someone explain the way to understand the A/M function and the automatic/sport option. I live on the Northern CA coast (Sea Ranch/Gualala area), with roads with great hills and curves. I have been mainly leaving it in 4 (S). Thanks-Walt
