Springs?? Rear Right Side 1/2 " lower in wheelwell (archive)

When I look at car from behind, Right side leans 5 degrees. I noticed if I look at wheel well body is half an inch lower on top of tire. Is it spring on right side is bad but it seems ok when I put pressure on it.
Is there an adjustment to bring right side up half an inch??/howie
