I think that was me. I posted something here last fall about the loose bolts on my 96. One was backed out almost 1/2" and I had about 95k miles at the time.

It's cheap insurance !

While doing an oil change I decided to go ahead and pull the oil pan to check the oil pump bolts that someone had said had backed out on their 7 around 50K miles. I have 65K miles on mine and found no loose bolts. If you want to check yours get a new pan gasket and go at it. It takes about 1 1/2 hours and it is the only way you can be sure. It is an easy job for most DIYers.
