headlight assembly (archive)

Could any of you guys help me ,I'm trying to change the 2 headlight assemblies on my 95 740il that look a little dark or old and one of them is cracked.
I started unscrewing the three different screws on top of the assembly and i couldn't go any further ,are they attached at the bottom somewhere,has anybody done this before?
