Depends how many ancilliaries have gone - and the price. If it's priced right it'll be a lot of metal for the money. Sulphur issues aside, the general consensus from UK dealers seems to be that these engines do need a rebuild *anyway* once significantly over 100,000 miles.Additionally, my experience (at 160,000 miles) is that ancilliaries go at some time around this mileage. I've had a recent fuel pump, water pump, fuel level sender, thermostat housing, crankcase pressure relief valve. I had a new block at 90k under warranty, so that's not an issue. The only thing that really gives away the miles on my car is the slightly tired front suspension (busings, thrust/control arms).
