Television Cut Out Override? (archive)

Hello,
I have a 1998 740IL (Australia), and i was wanting to know if anyone knew how to override the Television cutting out once the car goes over 7km/h. When i first purchased the car it has Software 1, wiht no navigation, and i found instructions (from a friend), on how to override it. Which worked fine. But i now have Navigation installed, and it is now Software Version 3, and those same instructions to override the cutting out dont work. Just wondering if anyone had any information on this?
