Found this on Alldata, not sure if it's the same problem. I also have that high pitched, sqeak from the seat belt mount area. Sounds like the motion lock mechanism makes the noise when the car moves around.

hi all

2 bothersome noises

a click / clank from under driver seat when turning.
looks like when body applies pressure certain place - there is always a click

annoying sqeaks/like static noice coming from the shoulder seat belt are. at first was sure the noise was coming from passenger door speaker - behinf the driver - sounds just like static from bad recording. however - with system off - same noise occurs - right into your ear - ( 5'11 )

ideas?? similar sounds???
