Just put on the non-sport 16" wheels and some good snow tires in 235/60-16. You can find a set of used factory 16" or some cheap aftermarket wheels.

Going with 16" gives you two benefits over 17" or 18": Lower price and better snow traction.

Can I get a recommendation for wheels and tires for a 740ia sport - The dealer is selling set for $2,100. Do I need to put 18" snow's on the car or will it take 17's? 1st bmw for me - help is appreciated.
