I get some wind noise also and I am guessing it is my sunroof. I was getting it before and after my new windshield and I know that is not the culprit. Just looking at the fit of my sunroof I can see that the front corners sit slightly lower than the roof line of my car which could be causing some buffetting. Funny though, the center, leading edge of the sunroof fits level with the roof.

Could there be an adjustment to lift the corners slightly? Or could it just be in need of a new gasket?

deflector? I get air noise when it is closed and thought a deflector would help, plus I like the look. Is it a DIY job? Are there aftermarket products better and cheaper than OEM? Thanks!

I have an OEM one installed on my 740 and it doesn't reduce the wind noise. Actually I wonder if it has increased the noise. Hard to say because I put it on before I took delivery of the car because I too like the look. It's an easy install.

I have just ordered the new style moonroof gasket that I will install to determine if that will stop the windnoise. I will also put my wind deflector back in place hoping for the best.
