Rear Seat Removal Help Please! (archive)

I recently had one of those XM satellite tuners installed in my car and the guy put it somewhere under the backseat. Anyway I need to replace the antenna portion of the system which got cut. Does anyone know how to remove the back seat. I really rather replace the antenna myself instead of paying someone just to take the seat out and push the new antenna cable back in.
