I JUST INSTALLED A SET OF TRUE HELLA XENON LIGHTS ON MY 96 740IL.THE BALLASTS ARE MADE BY HELLA AND SO ARE THE BULBS.EVERYTHING WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL.BUT THE PASSENGERS SIDE HEADLIGHT DOES NOT TURN ON WHEN I TURN THE HEADLIGHTS ON.IT FLICKERS AND THEN SHUTS OFF.WHILE THE DRIVERS SIDE IS ON.THEN I MUST LEAVE THEM ON FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS AND THEN SHUT THEM OFF AND ON AGAIN AND THEN THE PASSENGER SIDE WILL TURN ON.CAN ANYONE HELP WITH SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO.THANKS
