I have seen one other 7 with a blacked out grill, although I believe that it was a custom (DIY) job. Pretty sure the dealer does not offer a fully blacked out grill. You could try to do it yourself with satin black spray paint.

I have a 2001 740i with Sport Package, and to continue it's already almost blacked-out look, i would like to accquire a blck front grill.
