After you check the fuse and you find that it's good and after you check the switch and find that it's good, preapare to know your car better. Getting to the motor is pure joy and involves removing the rear reats, the two c-pillar covers (the bolts are under the reading light lenses), if DSP then the subwoofer cover (torxs under the speaker grilles), the subwoofer (3 bolts along the back), the blind armature (two bolts and a nut in the trunk). The motor itself is probably supposed to remain sealed; when mine didn't work, I carefully disassembled it to reveal a leaf spring (as in a clock) countering the work of the motor ( there's a large gear that drives the armature and a small gear that engages the worm gear on the motor). I backed the large gear a few notches (careful or you'll have a face full of grease and gears flying all over) and found the darn thing works perfectly. Good luck.
