How long do stock shocks last?Green Ox/Salty Dawg? (archive)

Just curious, how long do the stock shocks, (I think they are Boge), last for a 1999 740iL?? I have 36.5K miles on mine and am about to do the H&R upgrade/1.3" front & .60" rear.
