THE ANSWER IS: you need to use a coat hanger or 4 allen wrenches to press into the holes (there are 4) at the same time this will release the NAV CD Reader...

Ok, so being the handy man that I think I am, I decided to replace the clears taillights myself...
I am running into problems removing the trim around the Nav System CD, I dont want to rip it out, I have the trim off everywhere else but there.

So what is the trick to removing the trim from around the NAV CD?
